Use Versus; the researched tutorial also demonstrates the Player vs Bots route. Choose Battleship through the end-of-match map vote.

Open the tactical map. Look for the two green switch dots below Control Room and the orange mechanism symbols on either side of Container. The green markers locate the controls; the orange symbols correspond to the mine-drop positions.

Find and operate the switch

1. Go to the raised platform with railings near a green marker.
2. Find the upright switch with a green lamp at the top.
3. Watch the corresponding drop area and wait for an enemy to enter it.
4. Use the RELEASE CLAW interaction to release the hanging mine.
5. Check that the mine kills the enemy.

The tutorial’s controller layout shows X, but use the prompt on your own screen for keyboard or a different layout.

Confirm the correct achievement

Look for Days Since Last Accident: 0 in the achievement notification. The reviewed tutorial shows a mechanism-icon kill on a Drone followed by the matching notification. A later THE TRIPLE notification is a different award.

Aim for an enemy kill. Whether a teammate death counts was not reliably established and should not be your success condition.
